Terms and Conditions for Absy Delivery

Welcome to Absy Delivery, a food delivery service operating in Kerala. By using our platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before using our services.

1. General Agreement

By accessing or using the Absy Delivery app, website, or any of our related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

2. Service Description

Absy Delivery provides a food delivery service that allows customers to order food from local restaurants and have it delivered to their location within Kerala.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you may be required to create an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Ordering Process

When you place an order through the Absy Delivery platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate delivery information.
Ensure that the payment is successfully processed via Razorpay or any other authorized payment method.
Acknowledge that the estimated delivery time is an approximation and may vary based on various factors such as restaurant preparation time and traffic conditions.

5. Cancellation Policy

Pre-Preparation Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before the food is prepared or dispatched for delivery. Once the food is prepared or dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
How to Cancel: You can cancel your order by contacting us at 9074799416 or via email at absydeliveryindia@gmail.com. Make sure to contact us as soon as possible.
Refund Policy: Once an order is processed and dispatched, no refunds will be provided for food items. Refunds may only be applicable for failed payments or if a cancellation occurs before preparation.

6. Payment & Transactions

All transactions for food and delivery charges are processed via Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways. By using our services, you consent to the processing of your payment data in accordance with the payment gateway’s privacy and security policies.

7. Delivery & Liability

Absy Delivery is responsible for ensuring that your order is delivered to the address you provided. However, once the delivery is successfully completed, Absy Delivery is not liable for any issues related to the food, including but not limited to taste, allergies, or food preferences.
If there is an issue with your order upon delivery, please contact our customer support immediately, and we will review the case.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Absy Delivery platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions. You may not:

Use the service for any fraudulent or unlawful activity.
Interfere with the operation of our website or app, including but not limited to malicious attacks or viruses.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Absy Delivery, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
